Inexpensive, tasty and beautiful location.

Unfortunately, due to Corona it was not possible to eat directly in the Vapiano ....... and yet the people tried to make a really delicious meal to take away and the very appealing packaging made it easy to eat in the car

We experienced very good service. The service was super nice, courteous and polite. Did good advice. And the food was delicious, very good. When the general situation has calmed down and we can all go out to eat again, I'll definitely be back.

Even after the reopening, the food is of the usual quality, but unfortunately the take-away service is poor. You can only order on site and have to wait 30 minutes for a simple dish. Often finished dishes are still a bit at the counter until they are served. Always check the bag, something is often missing.

Greasy glasses, bad service and a pizza that wasn't really edible. So for me the first and last time, I prefer to go to the Italian restaurant around the corner.

Excellent place. So cheap and generous portions. Really good food. Excelllent atmosphere. Friendly staff. 6 stars. If i could.

Everything takes far too long and pasta portions far too small.

My old friend for Spaghetti and salat. What surprises me is the coffee( warm or cold in the summer) which is really good and also the Tiramisu!

I was really looking forward to eating at Vapiano again. We came in from the inside of the center and stood there for the time being, and no one came even though they saw us. Then we went in and I had to speak to a waiter. I said, please excuse me, and he was angry at once. We ended up sitting down somewhere, but no one came. An employee walked past us several times, but we didn't even get a card. My daughter was very sad. That was really bad.

After the 2020 lockdown, Vapiano stores that survived bankruptcy have reopened. With a new concept that corresponds to the Covid 19 hygiene rules. This resulted in an upgrade of the service. No more self-service, but direct, classic service at the table. The quality of the food and drinks remained impeccable, as I was used to from pre-Corona times. What I particularly like personally is that there are now officially vegan variants of some dishes on the menu. The salami pizza in the photo was really, really good. With this price-performance ratio, I'll be and stay here again.

It's actually nice that Vapiano is back - but the prices are really overpriced now. In addition, you have to bring a lot of time with you since you have been served at the table .. This is nothing for a lunch break, I couldn't even finish my meal because everything took so long.

Not as good as it used to be. Pizza was black on the bottom and the noodles were a bit mushy. Prrsonal was very friendly. Improvement: now with table service

You can eat very well here - above all, you have a lot of choice on site! Basically you can't go wrong with the abundance of pizza variations, there is something for every taste. I can only recommend it, I always enjoy coming back here with my colleagues!

Finally Vapiano again! With a new order and payment concept (waiter and no pick-up), new dishes (gnocchis) and new sauces, the Vapiano restaurant is open again. At first a little strange with the new concept, but it convinced me because it has many advantages. No queuing, no searching for a seat with the tray in hand, everyone gets their food at the same time, ... Very friendly staff, the food tasted great (as always) and the gnocchis were also convincing. There is also bread and the cheese is brought separately in a bowl, so you can sprinkle as much cheese over the dish as you like. We will definitely come back regularly!

On a Saturday afternoon very very full ... The food but as always very delicious.

The food from Vapiano tasted good as always, but unfortunately the food was prepared a little longer. At rush hour you also have to queue. At rush hour you have to expect that it will take a little longer for us, for example, to lose a whole lunch break. Otherwise top! Price / performance ratio is ok too.

A good restaurant worthy of the Vapiano chain. Impeccable service, good food and a good team. And what a surprise to see the price difference with France !

WAY WAY TOO SLOW and NOT paying attention to the customer. Really frustrating place: food is good and healthy but it takes forever to be served (waited more than 35 minutes before being able to place the order while the place was empty). 3 cooks were behind the counter but only one taking orders while the other ones were more preoccupied by cleaning the place rather than serving a customer. It’s getting worse every time i try to get to a Viapiano.

Really love eating here, from the food to the atmosphere everything is just lovely !

Not very interesting system of service, you can wait with the tray for a long enough time. The carbonara was not too tasty, the restaurant's purity was not of the highest standard. At prices above average.

Nice concept of getting your food prepared in front of you. However usually moderately busy and not all of the stations at least pasta are being covered so it get’s quite hectic. The portions are not so big but they are okay. Personally I find it to expensive for what it is. Nevertheless the staff are mostly really nice but fewer English speaking personnel

This place is great, you get to choose your food and order it, you can watch the chefs cook it from fresh or take a buzzer and collect your food when it is ready. We had some lovely food, in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We are off back here today for our last meal in Dusseldorf, before flying home ? Dusseldorf is a wonderful city over the Christmas period I think we will come back in the summer to see it in a different light.

Casual and cozy dine-in place. Self-service. The chef will cook your order up front. You can also request if you are very particular with your diet.

Same menu same delicious food in every Vapiano. Everything you will taste is wonderful. Highly recommended

One of the best pizzerias I've been to.

The staff was nice and friendly, food tasted good, but what is missing are trays on both floors to place the trays when leaving. But again, the delicious meal overcomes the missing detail for the greatest experience.

Flaming busy place, but that tells you the food is freshly prepared, is tasty and a hit with locals. I love the pizza, pasta and the salads are to die for... especially the reef and beef. We normally share as it's so large. The service is hit and miss, buy I guess you go there for the food.
